I've been coming here since I was young, mostly for the swimming pools. However, a few months ago my husband and I came here with the intention to sign up for a membership. They have certain discounts for individuals who work with certain companies. I do in fact work for one of the companies that they offer discounts to. When talking to the young lady at the front desk, she told me that I would need to provide proof of employment. I provided her with a work badge/ID & a key card to access my workplace building. She said that would not suffice. However, when I asked her what she would need instead, she said she wasn't sure. I asked if a paystub would suffice? She said she was unsure. So I provided my last two paystubs but she said that they show for the last pay period (as in not today's date) I told her we'll obviously it won't show today's date and asked what else I can provide? She just kept repeating that she needs something that shows that I am actively employed as of today. I asked her what kind of documents would be acceptable because I can't think of anything other than calling my supervisor right in front of her to prove that I am currently employed. I've been increasingly disappointed with the condition of this gym. Management needs to start addressing some long-standing issues instead of letting them become the new normal. First, whoever is responsible for maintaining the pools and hot tub isn't doing the job well. Over the past few months, I haven't experienced clean water a single time. The hot tub rarely has more than a couple working jets, and it's been that way for as long as I can remember. The pool behind the hot tub, which is usually cold, is now covered with green stuff and mold, leaves, and other debris. It's not only unpleasant, it raises serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. No one should have to wonder whether the water is safe to swim or relax in. The rest of the facility isn't much better. The gym itself is frequently dirty, and it often feels like basic cleaning is being neglected. Equipment is also regularly out of service, with broken machines sitting for extended periods with notes on them before they're repaired. When you're paying for a membership, you expect equipment to work and the facility to be clean. Management needs to prioritize maintenance, cleanliness, and timely repairs. Right

Just joined today. We were not told we could not wear our Tshirts in the pool, so we had to go home, change and comeback. But we spent 2 hours in the pool. The pool was worth it. We plan on trying out the inside of the gym tomorrow.

Very clean. Employees are very polite & professional. Pool is immaculate. My 3 wishes would be 1.Fridays (since it technically weekday) stay open til 10 .. #2 another leg press #3 sauna towels. That, I could give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️rating.

I didn’t realize this gym was an amusement park over summer… very off putting. My partner and I wanted to go lap swim and it’s packed with screaming kids and mc Donald’s and candy and floats all over the place. I understand if you want to bring your children over the summer but they have a kiddy mushroom pool and also 2 other small pools that should be for children. The large pool should only be for adults working out. It was disgusting. There’s candy melted on the side of the hot tub with bag of airheads and French fry’s PLUS children jumping into the HOT TUB and pools going back and forth. I was loving this gym until now. Contemplating on canceling the membership
